Their innovations have been integral to iconic projects, including One WTC and Central Park Tower in NYC, and Formula One in Las Vegas.

The Position

We\’re looking for an energetic, results-driven Business Development Manager for the Commercial Construction sector. This is an exciting opportunity to lead business development efforts, manage strategic client relationships, and build a top-tier sales and support team. The ideal candidate will possess a \”Win-It-All\” attitude, thrive in dynamic environments, and have proven experience in sales growth and complex solution selling.

The Candidate

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the commercial construction industry, with a focus on solution selling, complex sales cycles, and contract negotiations.
  • Skills: Strong skills in acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management. Ability to navigate large, high-stakes deals and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter: A proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel.
