Due to our continued expansion, we are looking to recruit several General Labourers to join our busy Production team. Reporting to the production team leads, this is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals seeking steady employment within a professional engineering and manufacturing environment.
The Role:
- Assisting tradespeople and production staff with day-to-day tasks.
- Moving, handling and organising materials and components.
- Preparing work areas and keeping the factory clean, tidy and safe.
- Using basic hand and power tools, where appropriate.
- Supporting the assembly and manufacture of LV switchgear.
- Following all company health and safety procedures.
- Carrying out other general factory duties as required.
What We Are Looking For:
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Comfortable working in a busy factory environment.
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
- Physically capable of carrying out manual handling duties.
- Willing to learn and take on a variety of tasks.
Previous experience in an engineering, manufacturing, construction or factory environment would be advantageous, but not essential, as training will be provided.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
Lunch break: 1:00pm – 1:30pm (Monday to Thursday)
