Kandou is looking for a proactive and resourceful Technical Recruiter P/T, to support hiring across our sites. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and screening top tech talent, helping us build high-performing teams in a dynamic environment. This is an exciting time to join our HR team and take a huge part in growing Kandou AI. Location is either Lausanne or Reading.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates for technical roles (e.g., SW/HW engineers, analog engineers, etc)
  • Review CVs and portfolios to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability and interest
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations
  • Coordinate technical interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Build and nurture a talent pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs
  • Write and post compelling job descriptions for technical roles
  • Stay informed on tech hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the tech sector
  • Basic understanding of technical roles, tools, and terminology (e.g., front-end, back-end, analog)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting for engineering roles
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn search and advanced sourcing techniques
  • Experience working in a scale‑up
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent
