We are working with a leading food manufacturer to find a talented Process Technologist to help bridge the gap between the development kitchen and the factory floor. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in bringing new products to life—ensuring they meet high technical and quality standards as they move from concept to launch. You will need to be technically competent, able to manage projects, define, detail and coordinate product launches, and run real-time trial coordination.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Leading the scale-up of new products from kitchen to full-scale factory production
- Organising and running factory trials for NPD (New Product Development) and EPD (Existing Product Development) projects
- Driving continuous improvement and value engineering to enhance product quality and efficiency
- Working with cross-functional teams including Technical, Operations, and Engineering to ensure smooth implementation of changes
- Assisting with the introduction of new technologies aligned with the Product Development Strategy
