The Opportunity
Are you an experienced compliance or regulatory professional looking for a fully remote role with a leading organization? We're looking for a Specification Team Leader to manage a team of technical experts, delivering product information reviews and regulatory advice to clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career, leading a team of experts in a supportive and flexible work environment. You'll be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of client accounts and ensuring service delivery.
- Acting as the technical point of contact for regulatory and compliance queries.
- Leading and mentoring a team of Advisors and Senior Advisors.
- Collaborating with Business Development and Account Management teams.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance across a variety of product categories.
- Supporting the growth and development of your team.
- Monitoring and improving ways of working for efficiency and quality.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in food science, regulatory affairs, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum two years' experience in a technical or regulatory role.
- Strong knowledge of food/non-food regulatory compliance and industry standards.
- Practical experience with specification or artwork packages.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
