The Opportunity
Are you an experienced compliance or regulatory professional looking for a fully remote role with a leading organization? We're looking for a Specification Team Leader to manage a team of technical experts, delivering product information reviews and regulatory advice to clients. You'll be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of client accounts and ensuring service delivery.
- Acting as the technical point of contact for regulatory and compliance queries.
- Leading and mentoring a team of Advisors and Senior Advisors.
- Collaborating with Business Development and Account Management teams.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance across a variety of product categories.
- Supporting the growth and development of your team.
- Monitoring and improving ways of working for efficiency and quality.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in food science, regulatory affairs, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum two years' experience in a technical or regulatory role.
- Strong knowledge of food/non-food regulatory compliance and industry standards.
- Practical experience with specification or artwork packages.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
