Are you passionate about food innovation and ready to turn great ideas into real, scalable products? We\’re working with a leading food manufacturer to find a talented Process Technologist to help bridge the gap between the development kitchen and the factory floor.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you\’ll play a key part in bringing new products to life — ensuring they meet high technical and quality standards as they move from concept to launch.
Responsibilities
- Leading the scale-up of new products from kitchen to full-scale factory production
- Organising and running factory trials for NPD (New Product Development) and EPD (Existing Product Development) projects
- Driving continuous improvement and value engineering to enhance product quality and efficiency
- Working with cross-functional teams including Technical, Operations, and Engineering to ensure smooth implementation of changes
- Supporting the introduction of new technologies aligned with the Product Development Strategy

What We’re Looking For
