THE MACHINE OPERATOR

You’ll be joining a small, focused Production team playing a crucial role as a Machine Operator. We are looking for a Machine Operator to manage setup, tune-up and monitor semi-automated machinery to improve OEE with minimal downtime.

• Setting up the case packer/labeller machines ready for production.
• Running routine maintenance of machinery.
• Ensuring quality and productivity targets are met consistently.
• Attention to detail and adjust the machine as needed to improve Quality and maintain line speeds.
• Carryout in process Quality checks at specified intervals and record downtime.
• Full ownership for machine performance.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Will need to have strong experience in a similar Production role from within a manufacturing environment. You will also need to have:

• Hands on experience with machinery, an inner understanding of how machines work, attention to detail and keen to learn with a can-do attitude.
• Good level of problem-solving skills.
• Team player and quick learner.
• Recent, relevant, and proven machine minder experience.
