You will be stepping into an autonomous leadership role, working closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement environmental and energy management systems, align with ISO standards, and represent the business within an international sustainability framework.

Key Focus Areas
- Developing environmental and energy systems in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001
- Managing data and reporting for carbon footprint (Scope 1, 2, and 3)
- Leading compliance initiatives, including SECR and Climate Change Agreements
- Driving energy efficiency, waste reduction, and supplier sustainability performance
- Representing the site at group-level sustainability meetings
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background in environmental or sustainability management within manufacturing (ideally food/FMCG)
- Knowledge of environmental legislation, ISO standards, and carbon reporting frameworks
- Strong leadership, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills
- AMIEMA or equivalent professional membership desirable
