An exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and fast-growing food manufacturer on a 12-month maternity cover contract. Supplying major UK retailers with both branded and own-label products, the business is known for innovation and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage or support NPD projects from concept through to launch, ensuring all samples, trials, and product specs meet customer and company standards.
  • Lead factory trials with cross-functional support to ensure feasibility, quality, and technical compliance.
  • Understand manufacturing and packaging capabilities to assess and manage potential risks in product development.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across technical, production, and commercial teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Enthusiastic self-starter with excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with strong IT skills (particularly Excel).
  • Prior experience in a Technical or NPD role within food manufacturing preferred.
