We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful management and progression of product approvals, ensuring specifications, pack copy, and artwork go through the correct processes efficiently. THE ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE
As Account Manager, you will act as the key point of contact for the client, ensuring smooth project management and service delivery. You will proactively build strong relationships and provide clear, expert guidance to meet client needs. Other key responsibilities will include:
- Managing service delivery and stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
- Overseeing project capacity, capabilities, and prioritization for the client.
- Identifying opportunities to expand and develop service provision.
- Representing the business at client meetings and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Compiling performance and status reports.
- Handling client feedback and managing challenging conversations professionally.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in Account Management or Project Management, ideally within the FMCG or food retail sector. Other key attributes include:
