The NPD Technologist will act as a key link between the product development and the production line. OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS Competitive salary Fully site-based role Great experience within a highly successful food manufacturer Monday – Friday THE NPD TECHNOLOGIST ROLE Ensure the smooth scale up and manufacturing process development for new products as part of the concept to launch process, ensuring the technical and quality standards are achieved. Challenge current factory processes and look for continuous improvement, efficiency and value engineering opportunities to achieve product quality consistently. Identify & help launch new technologies to enable the delivery of the company Product Innovation Strategy. Plan, organise and carry out factory trials as part of the EPD and NPD programmes. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across all company product & process portfolio and work closely with the Technical, Operations & Engineering teams, ensuring effective implementation of changes.
