Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostic & Remedial Work: Identify and rectify issues with premium window, door, and conservatory products under warranty.
- Precision Repairs: Conduct high-quality remedial works, including installing sealed units, replacing sashes, and fitting door slabs.
- Hardware & Framework Adjustments: Handle door adjustments, replace small parts (hinges, handles), and expertly track down and resolve conservatory roof leaks.
- Customer Excellence: Act as the professional face of the brand, ensuring absolute customer satisfaction through polite and efficient service.
