A highly successful and award‑winning commercial vehicle dealership is looking for ambitious, driven, and customer‑focused individuals to join their Van Sales Team.
Location: Darwen
Full Time: Rotating shifts – 8:00am–4:30pm / 9:30am–6:00pm
Salary: £25k + uncapped commission + bonus + company car
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Selling new vans and associated products
- Promoting both Electric and ICE vehicle solutions
- Managing customer enquiries from multiple channels
- Generating leads, following up opportunities, and preparing quotations
- Conducting customer meetings, product demos, and test drives
- Creating online adverts for stock vehicles
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Maximising upsell opportunities including service plans
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Working closely with internal Sales Support teams
- Proactively selling ageing stock
- Ensuring showroom presentation and pricing is always spot on
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Motivated, proactive, and target‑driven attitude
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic IT skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Positive, can‑do mindset
- Commercial vehicle sales background
- Electric vehicle knowledge or experience
- CRM systems such as Autoline or DealerWeb
