A highly successful and award‑winning commercial vehicle dealership is looking for ambitious, driven, and customer‑focused individuals to join their Van Sales Team.

Location: Darwen

Full Time: Rotating shifts – 8:00am–4:30pm / 9:30am–6:00pm

Salary: ÂŁ25k + uncapped commission + bonus + company car

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Selling new vans and associated products
  • Promoting both Electric and ICE vehicle solutions
  • Managing customer enquiries from multiple channels
  • Generating leads, following up opportunities, and preparing quotations
  • Conducting customer meetings, product demos, and test drives
  • Creating online adverts for stock vehicles
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Maximising upsell opportunities including service plans
  • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Working closely with internal Sales Support teams
  • Proactively selling ageing stock
  • Ensuring showroom presentation and pricing is always spot on
