Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with varying disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support individuals in attending medical appointments, accessing community resources, social inclusion, and wellbeing activities.
- Monitor and document client progress and care provided.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other team members to ensure holistic care.

Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness and eligibility to obtain prior to commencement.
- Working with Children check or willingness and eligibility to obtain prior to commencement.
- Valid unrestricted driver's licence.
- Availability to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and overnight).
- Experience supporting people with mental health and high care physical disabilities.
- Experience assisting clients with all personal care, manual handling, hoisting, PEG feeding, dysphagia.
- Holding Medication, Dysphagia, PEG feeding and Manual Handling certificates.
