In this role, you will support participants to live safely and independently while working towards their individual goals. You will provide consistent, person‑centred support within the participant’s home and the community, assisting with daily routines, mobility support and meaningful engagement.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting participants with personal and hygiene care.
- Providing mobility support and safe transfers where required.
- Assisting with daily routines, meal preparation and household tasks.
- Supporting participants with community access, appointments and social engagement.
- Following support plans, behaviour strategies and organisational procedures where applicable.
- Completing clear and accurate documentation of supports provided.
About You:
- A valid P2 or Open driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
- Experience supporting participants with physical disabilities.
- Experience assisting with personal care and mobility support.
- Strong communication, patience and rapport‑building skills.
- Availability for a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons and evenings (including active overnight support).
