Are you passionate about empowering others? We’re looking for experienced, reliable, and proactive Support Workers to join our dynamic team in Morley, WA. Our services span disability and NDIS support, children, youth and family services, aged home care, veterans’ care, and community nursing. Kanda is seeking dedicated team members to provide meaningful support to people with disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with varying disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support individuals in attending medical appointments, accessing community resources, social inclusion, and wellbeing activities.
- Monitor and document client progress and care provided.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other team members to ensure holistic care.

Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement.
- Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings, and sleepovers).
- Valid unrestricted driver’s licence.
- Experience supporting people with disabilities, preferably with Parkinson’s in community or residential settings.
- Experience assisting clients within all personal care, manual handling, medication, and Dysphagia.
- Medication Administration, Dysphagia, and Manual Handling certificates.
