Are you passionate about empowering others? We’re looking for experienced, reliable, and proactive Support Workers to join our dynamic team in Morley, WA. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with varying disabilities.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Support individuals in attending medical appointments, accessing community resources, social inclusion, and wellbeing activities.
  • Monitor and document client progress and care provided.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other team members to ensure holistic care.

Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement.
  • Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings, and sleepovers).
  • Valid unrestricted driver’s licence.
  • Experience supporting people with disabilities, preferably with Parkinson’s in community or residential settings.
  • Experience assisting clients within all personal care, manual handling, medication, and Dysphagia.
  • Medication Administration, Dysphagia, and Manual Handling certificates.
