Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced engineering professional to represent Kanadevia Inova on site during the warranty phase of energy-from-waste facilities projects. The role focuses on managing defects, coordinating repairs, and ensuring reliable plant performance in line with company and client expectations.

*This permanent staff position is offered on a fixed term contract from January 2026 until June 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site representative for Kanadevia Inova, managing warranty and defect resolution activities.
• Coordinate contractors, specialists, and client personnel to restore or maintain plant operation.
• Analyse root causes of defects, implement corrective actions, and minimise warranty costs and risks.
• Support claims and cost recovery from subcontractors and partners.
• Maintain accurate operational records and provide clear, timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements and contribute to lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in plant operation, construction, or commissioning.
• Strong technical problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Confident communicator with proven ability to engage clients and partners effectively.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Self-motivated, ethical, and proactive team player.
