Kanadevia Inova is hiring a Social Value Coordinator to join our team on the site of our Tees Valley ERF project. This project appointment is offered on a Fixed-term staff contract basis for circa 24 months. The Social Value Coordinator will lead the delivery, monitoring and reporting of our Economic Regeneration and Social Value (ERSV) commitments on the Tees Valley ERF project.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating and reporting on social value initiatives across the construction programme, including local employment, apprenticeships, and skills development.
  • Acting as the primary liaison with the Client's Social Value Officer, local authorities, schools, colleges, and community organisations.
  • Supporting local supply chain engagement, including SME outreach and Meet the Buyer events.
  • Maintaining accurate ERSV records and producing monthly performance reports and KPI dashboards.
  • Supporting workforce engagement and industrial relations, liaising with trade unions and contractors as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Social Value, CSR, ESG, Community Engagement or Stakeholder Management.
  • Strong administration, reporting and KPI dashboard experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Microsoft 365.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Additional Information:

  • Fixed Term Contract c.24 months.
  • Β£30,000- Β£33,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • Pension up to 10% employer contribution, life assurance 4x salary, disability insurance.
