Kanadevia Inova is hiring an experienced Site and Facilities Assistant to join our construction project team to support on the construction of the Tees Valley ERF located in Redcar. This position is offered on a 24 month fixed term contract (FTC) basis, starting mid-July 2026. Due to the nature and responsibilities of the role, you will be required to be based on the site for 100% of your working hours, therefore this role would likely be more suited to those living locally or within an easy commute to the site.
Key Responsibilities- Acting as the office administrator for the site including managing office supplies, filing, organization of travel, recording and storing of documentation.
- Acting as the Facilities Assistant – maintaining the overall operation and upkeep of the site compound, ensuring all facilities are safe, clean, and fully functional.
- Supporting daily site activities, including managing utilities, coordinating maintenance tasks, and assisting with general site logistics.
- Providing full administrative support to the Site Manager.
- Welcoming visitors and clients including arranging catering as required.
- Be aware of all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) requirements relevant to the role, and implement and comply with them.

Professional Qualifications- Strong construction site administrative and facilities experience.
- Comfortable working in a site based environment, experience would be ideal in this regard.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications.
- Basic diploma or equivalent in office administration (desirable).
- Solution orientated.
- Good forward planner.
- Ability to present ideas effectively.
- Strong communicator, fluent in English, other languages an advantage.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and manage your own workload.
- Salary £30-£35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
