Kanadevia Inova is looking for an experienced Senior Warranty Engineer to join our team at the Riverside II Energy Recovery Facility. In this key customer‑facing role, you will be responsible for managing warranty activities throughout the contractual warranty period, ensuring client satisfaction, contractual compliance and the successful resolution of technical issues. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and the client, you will play an integral role in maintaining strong relationships while supporting the long‑term performance of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all warranty activities, ensuring contractual guarantee obligations are fulfilled and damage reports are investigated, coordinated and resolved efficiently.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with the client by leading regular meetings, managing warranty claims and representing Kanadevia Inova's interests in a professional and commercial manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements, promoting safe working practices and adherence to company procedures.
  • Coordinate annual maintenance activities with clients, partners, suppliers and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and successful project delivery.
  • Provide regular progress updates to management, support the handover of projects into service operations, share lessons learned with product managers and identify opportunities for follow‑on business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience within Energy‑from‑Waste (EfW) or other power generation, process or large‑scale industrial plant environments, with strong process and product knowledge.
  • Experience managing warranty, commissioning, operations or maintenance activities on complex engineering projects, with installation and commissioning experience considered advantageous.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage contractual obligations, warranty claims and relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to develop practical, cost‑effective solutions and provide technical guidance across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Previous experience working in international industrial environments, coupled with excellent written and spoken English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
