Kanadevia Inova is recruiting a Project Cost Controller / Entity Controller to support one of our construction projects in the North London area. The role requires 100% presence on site which is in the North London area and plays a key part in ensuring effective financial control and project performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Project/ Site and Entity Controller, supporting financial performance and reporting whilst managing and interacting regularly with multiple stakeholders to drive the business performance and advise on all financial matters.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial close processes and lead the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing process.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS-based finance frameworks and internal controls.
- Responsible for external and internal audits, preparation of audited financial statements and compliance with the internal financial controls.
- Monitor project costs, risks, opportunities, and financial performance and work closely with project stakeholders and represent Finance on site.

Qualifications Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Finance with 10+ years' relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial controlling practices.
- Experience in construction, energy, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong analytical skills with structured and results-driven approach.
- Experience working with international teams and multiple stakeholders.
Technical Skills
- Experience in project controlling, reporting, or accounting.
- Strong understanding of project execution and financial reporting.
- Advanced MS Excel and good MS Office knowledge and Tagetik or Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience setting up financial tools and processes.
