Kanadevia Inova is seeking an experienced O&M Assistant Shift Team Leader to join our Earls Gate operations. You will oversee safe, efficient daily operation of the EfW plant from the main control room using the DCS and CMMS tools, ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards and plant performance.
You will lead by example, step in as STL when required, and collaborate closely with maintenance to manage interlocks, logbooks, and incident reporting, while mentoring others in safe operating practices.
