Job Description

  • Lead key global Compensation & Benefits projects, including EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation and job evaluation framework review.
  • Deliver gender pay gap analysis, reporting, and remediation planning aligned with regulatory requirements and annual salary cycles.
  • Drive harmonisation and governance of our Mercer-based global job architecture, ensuring consistency across acquisitions and business lines.
  • Support annual compensation cycles, bonus processes, and market benchmarking, including modelling, tools, and communication.
  • Act as trusted advisor to People & Culture stakeholders on reward topics, while continuously improving policies, analytics, and frameworks.

Qualifications

  • University degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and multi-country compensation practices.
  • Solid experience in job evaluation frameworks; Mercer IPEis an advantage.
  • Advanced analytical and technical skills (Excel modelling, data reconciliation).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with very good English; additional European language (e. g., German) is a plus.
