Kanadevia Inova are hiring a Service Manager to join our Systems and Service Solutions team. The preference is for this position to be based in Hinckley, Leicestershire, however other UK locations will be considered and discussed on a hybrid or perhaps UK remotely.
The Service Manager:
- Works in full coordination with the UK Service Director and other international Kanadevia Inova (KVI) teams to promote and sell our large portfolio of spare parts, mechanical and process retrofit, to plan Customer visits (KVI and non-KVI plants, central organizations), in view of identifying and creating new opportunities.
- Manages the Service team, working closely with Project Managers and Site Supervisors in delivering service activities on time and within budget in accordance with local and company wide HSE and Quality systems/standards.
- Supports product management by identifying market needs and presents KVI products to clients.
- Identifies opportunities in the KVI CRM system and follows the sales process. Foster the use of KVI's CRM as the unique sales process support tool including forecasting and reporting.
- Independently supervises his/her assigned service projects and outages, plans bidding and project work and associated resources.

Qualifications:
- Process or Mechanical Engineer degree or other relevant qualification and experience in the field of Mechanical and Plant engineering.
- Service Sales: Service Agreements, Overhauls, Pressure parts, Upgrades, Spare Parts, Training.
- Service Execution: Project management and organisation skills, ability to lead a team effectively.
- Service Technical: Ability to complete Audits, Write technical documentation, Safety mindset.
- Project management skills: Risk management, Schedule Management, Scope Management, Communication, Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Cost control / Finance Management.
