Kanadevia Inova is hiring an O&M Assistant Shift Leader for our Westfield Energy Recovery facility in Fife. You will oversee safe, efficient daily operation from the control room using the DCS and safety systems, and lead the shift team as required.
Key tasks include monitoring plant parameters, enforcing HSEQ standards, conducting inspections, and coordinating with maintenance to ensure reliability. A strong engineering/process background with IOSH is preferred.
