Job Description Lead HSEQ Compliance: Promote and enforce HSEQ standards, ensuring safety risks are identified and mitigated across all operations. Shift Operations & Supervision: Operate, monitor, and maintain systems during shifts, while supervising client and contractor teams on-site. Permit & Documentation Management: Prepare work permits, system isolations, and maintain detailed shift logs and RAMS compliance. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the Commissioning Team and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth, on-schedule execution. Training & Continuous Improvement: Deliver hands-on training to client staff and contribute to process optimization and Lessons Learned. Qualifications Education: Mechanical Occupation, Technician Experienced as a leader in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management and has knowledge of relevant HSEQ legal requirements, with a minimum 5 to 10 years cumulatively in power generation Must have Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) or equivalent and valid Safety Contractors Certificate (SCC) or equivalent Experience working with and leading Permit-To-Work process during the Shift Good command of English, other languages an advantage Additional Information We offer Competitive salary Pension scheme, life insurance and disability insurance Private medical and dental insurance Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company For HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
