Job DescriptionKanadevia Inova have a number of vacancies for Commissioning Managers at various Kanadevia Inova locations in the UK.
Because the Commissioning Managers are commissioning our Energy from Waste plants, you will need to have Energy from Waste (EFW) experience with large scale EPC projects, or Biomass with grate systems experience could also be considered, provided you have large scale EPC level experience on grate systems.
Please note that the following is indicative, not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed;
Responsibilities
Manage Documentation and Commissioning: Oversee project documentation and commissioning activities, ensuring customer specifications are met.
Control Schedule, Budget, and Safety: Ensure adherence to schedules, costs, and safety, while managing risks and deviations.
Supervise Personnel and Training: Supervise commissioning staff and customer training.
Customer Liaison: Act as the main contact for the customer on-site, ensuring safe operations.
QA/QC and Handover: Ensure completion of QA/QC and handover documentation before project takeover.
Qualifications
Solid experience in large-scale energy from waste plant or Biomass with grate plants at Commissioning Manager level
SMSTS/IOSH/NEBOSH Equivalent Managers Qualification
Valid SCC training certificate (Safety Certification for Contractors)
Strong leadership skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills
Business fluent in English, other foreign languages an advantage
