Kanada-Ya is an independent chain of award‑winning Ramen bars, currently spanning 4 countries with 6 busy locations in the capital, each serving a delicious selection of Japanese delights. Authenticity is at the heart of our menu, and we import many of our ingredients from Japan to achieve the rich, deep flavours we are famous for.

Our speciality Tonkotsu ramen boasts an 18‑hour cooked pork bone broth, batch crafted using traditional techniques. Added to this broth are Hakata style wheat noodles, beautifully braised chashu pork belly, and a superb selection of toppings sourced from Japan. Our bold bowls are beloved by regular diners and newcomers alike.

We are looking for fun and hard‑working people to manage a quick service restaurant, ensuring our guests receive a great experience.
