Our speciality Tonkotsu ramen boasts an 18-hour cooked pork bone broth, batch crafted using traditional techniques. Added to this broth are Hakata style wheat noodles, beautifully braised chashu pork belly, and a superb selection of toppings sourced from Japan. Our bold bowls are beloved by regular diners and newcomers alike. We are looking for fun and hard-working people to deliver excellent food and service.
