Key Responsibilities
- Label and dispense prescriptions accurately in line with SOPs
- Ensure safe storage and supply of medicines
- Order stock and carry out date checking to minimise waste
- Maintain patient medication records in line with data protection requirements
- Assist with preparation of monitored dosage systems
- Check prescriptions and ensure accurate NHS claims submission
- Process invoices and paperwork efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised dispensary
- Liaise with GP surgeries and other healthcare professionals
- Support delivery of pharmacy services (training provided)
