Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer with a passion for technology and improving healthcare environments? We're hiring a skilled engineer to install and maintain nurse call systems across hospitals and care homes in the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire areas.
The Role: You'll play a vital role in ensuring essential nurse call systems are fully operational, supporting healthcare teams in delivering high-quality care. This is a field-based position that combines hands-on work, technical problem-solving, and excellent customer service.
- Installation, maintenance, and servicing of nurse call systems at client sites
- Diagnosing and repairing faults quickly and effectively
- Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Providing technical support and basic training to staff on-site
- Keeping accurate records and reporting repeat issues
- Participating in an on-call overnight support rota
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a field-based engineering role
- Qualification in electronics, electrical engineering, or software-related discipline
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Flexibility to travel across regions and stay overnight when required
