The Role: You'll play a vital role in ensuring essential nurse call systems are fully operational, supporting healthcare teams in delivering high-quality care. This is a field-based position that combines hands-on work, technical problem-solving, and excellent customer service.

  • Installation, maintenance, and servicing of nurse call systems at client sites
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults quickly and effectively
  • Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Providing technical support and basic training to staff on-site
  • Keeping accurate records and reporting repeat issues
  • Participating in an on-call overnight support rota

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a field-based engineering role

  • Full UK driving licence
