The Role: You will take ownership of a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering exceptional client care and ensuring all matters progress smoothly and compliantly. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- New builds, Help-to-Buy, and shared ownership
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement (if applicable)
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (England & Wales)
- Minimum 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Confident managing a full caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of property law, Land Registry processes, and lender requirements
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Competent user of legal case management systems and Microsoft Office
- A commitment to delivering a high-quality, client-centred service
Desirable:
- Experience in commercial conveyancing
- Knowledge of new-build or shared-ownership schemes
- Familiarity with compliance procedures
