About the Role
As a Mechanic/MOT Tester, you'll take on the crucial responsibility of ensuring commercial vans are roadworthy, safe, and compliant with regulations. You will perform a wide range of tasks from diagnostics to servicing and repairs, as well as conducting MOT tests on a variety of vehicles. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Our client is an established independent garage specialising in the service and repair of commercial vans in Aberdeen. They have built a strong reputation for providing efficient, top-quality workmanship with a focus on customer care. You'll be joining a team that prides itself on expertise and delivering reliable service to a loyal customer base.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, giving you the benefit of a solid work-life balance.
Key Duties
- Perform MOT tests on a range of commercial vans to ensure vehicles meet road safety standards.
- Conduct general diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a variety of commercial vehicles.
- Accurately identify issues, offer repair solutions, and ensure all work is carried out to a high standard.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are strictly followed in the garage.
