We’re working with a unique, international law firm with offices in the UK and US, specialising in equality and anti-discrimination law, to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor (Associate level). This is a rare opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact cases, supporting individuals through complex and sensitive employment matters, while collaborating with highly regarded lawyers across multiple jurisdictions.

The Role

  • Manage a varied caseload of employment matters from instruction to resolution
  • Draft high-quality legal documents (including Particulars of Claim and submissions)
  • Conduct detailed legal research to support case strategy
  • Lead or support settlement negotiations, including complex and high-value claims
  • Work closely with colleagues across the UK and US
  • Build strong client relationships and guide them through sensitive matters
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to business development and firm initiatives

About You

  • 4+ years’ PQE in employment law
  • Strong litigation experience (Employment Tribunal and/or High Court)
  • Solid knowledge of discrimination law and the Equality Act 2010
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
  • Comfortable managing your own caseload and working autonomously
