We’re working with a unique, international law firm with offices in the UK and US, specialising in equality and anti-discrimination law, to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor (Associate level). This is a rare opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact cases, supporting individuals through complex and sensitive employment matters, while collaborating with highly regarded lawyers across multiple jurisdictions.
The Role
- Manage a varied caseload of employment matters from instruction to resolution
- Draft high-quality legal documents (including Particulars of Claim and submissions)
- Conduct detailed legal research to support case strategy
- Lead or support settlement negotiations, including complex and high-value claims
- Work closely with colleagues across the UK and US
- Build strong client relationships and guide them through sensitive matters
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to business development and firm initiatives
About You
- 4+ years’ PQE in employment law
- Strong litigation experience (Employment Tribunal and/or High Court)
- Solid knowledge of discrimination law and the Equality Act 2010
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable managing your own caseload and working autonomously
