Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) to join its growing team. You'll inherit an established caseload from day one, work alongside experienced legal professionals, and have a genuine opportunity to progress into a
Director role. The Role You'll manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, including:
- Commercial litigation
- Property litigation
- Contract disputes
- Landlord & tenant matters
- Boundary disputes
- Debt recovery
- Professional negligence
- Contentious probate
You'll advise clients throughout the litigation process, draft legal documentation, negotiate settlements, represent clients where appropriate, and help develop long-term client relationships while supporting the continued growth of the department.
- About You ✔ Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
- ✔ 2-3+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience)
- ✔ Confident managing your own litigation caseload
- ✔ Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures
- ✔ Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills
- ✔ Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to dispute resolution
Mediator accreditation or mediation experience is advantageous but not essential.
