, you'll handle a broad range of privately funded family law matters, providing practical legal advice and exceptional client care throughout every stage of the process.
Advising clients on divorce, financial remedy proceedings and child arrangement matters.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
Supporting the ongoing development of the Family Law department.
A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX).
Ideally 3–5 years' PQE in private family law (applications from more experienced candidates are also welcomed).
Experienced in handling divorce matters, financial settlements and child arrangements.
A confident communicator with strong advocacy and client care skills.
Salary up to £45,000 , depending on experience.
