We are recruiting for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy heating and gas engineering team based in Abingdon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong scheduling, administration, and coordination experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and keeping operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the daily schedules of Gas Engineers
- Book jobs and allocate work efficiently across the engineering team
- Act as the main point of contact between engineers and office operations
- Manage job progress and ensure works are completed within agreed timeframes
- Raise and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Update internal systems and maintain accurate job records
- Handle customer communications regarding appointments and service updates
- Support planning and resource allocation for service and maintenance works
- Monitor engineer productivity
