About the Role
An established and client-focused legal practice is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team in Wallasey.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE and a strong background in residential property. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage a varied caseload, work closely with clients and take a high level of ownership over their matters within a professional and supportive team environment.
The role would suit a solicitor who combines strong technical conveyancing knowledge with excellent client care and a proactive approach to progressing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Handle residential sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and related property matters.
- Provide clear, practical and commercially aware advice to clients.
- Review contracts, title documentation, searches and property information.
- Raise and respond to enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors throughout the transaction. xgikmsk
