The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, diagnosing, and repairing Heavy Goods Vehicles to ensure the fleet operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGV vehicles and associated equipment
- Diagnose faults and complete mechanical and electrical repairs efficiently
- Conduct vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Ensure all work is completed to high safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to meet operational deadlines
- Follow company policies and health & safety procedures at all times
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience as an HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician, Vehicle Technician, or similar role
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards of workmanship
- Relevant mechanical qualifications are advantageous
