The Role

Working closely with senior leadership and internal departments, the Marketing Assistant will support the delivery of marketing activity across digital campaigns, social media, website management, and lead generation initiatives. This is a varied position offering exposure to all areas of event marketing within a supportive and hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and updating company websites to ensure content remains accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly
  • Creating digital marketing content including social media graphics, promotional materials, and website articles
  • Supporting lead generation activity through online research, social platforms, partnerships, and outreach campaigns
  • Maintaining engagement across social media channels, particularly LinkedIn
  • Supporting online community engagement and promoting event-related content
  • Assisting with campaign analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
