We're recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen of a busy, independent restaurant recognised for its fresh, seasonal menus and vibrant small-plate concept.
Working alongside the Head Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering consistently high standards while supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
