Role Overview
This is a hands-on, varied operational management position overseeing day-to-day office activity across both Romford locations. You will take responsibility for administrative leadership, staff coordination, compliance support, and ensuring the firm's processes run efficiently and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations across two Romford sites, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
- Manage administrative processes including document control, file management, archiving, and record-keeping.
- Support compliance obligations, including regulatory and data-protection requirements relevant to a legal environment.
- Provide line-management and coordination for support staff, including workload distribution and performance support.
- Act as a central point of contact between senior management, legal teams, and admin staff.
