Overview
We are seeking a Residential Surveyor with 23 years' experience to carry out residential property inspections and produce high-quality survey reports across West and South West London. This is a home-based role where all survey appointments will be arranged, allowing you to focus on inspections and report writing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct residential property inspections across West and South West London.
- Produce accurate and professional Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys.
- Identify and assess building defects, structural issues, and maintenance requirements.
- Deliver clear, concise, and detailed reports within agreed timescales.
- Manage your workload effectively and maintain high professional standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- 23 years' experience as a Residential Surveyor.
- Proven experience producing Level 2 and Level 3 survey reports.
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and common building defects.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Excellent written communication and report-writing skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Qualifications
- RICS-qualified (AssocRICS or MRICS) preferred; or RPSA-qualified surveyors will also be considered.
