An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join a busy, professional kitchen. This role is ideal for a dedicated chef who enjoys working with fresh, high-quality British ingredients and takes pride in producing exceptional seasonal dishes.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of your designated kitchen section and ensure dishes are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
- Assist in the preparation and development of seasonal menus and new dishes.
- Support, mentor and encourage junior members of the kitchen team.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
- Ensure stock is handled correctly and minimise food waste.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
Essentials
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a busy professional kitchen.
- A genuine passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation and kitchen operations.
- The ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
