Location: Wallasey Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Office-based Salary: £40,000£45,000 depending on experience About the Role An established and client-focused legal practice is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its team in Wallasey. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional with at least 23 years experience in residential conveyancing who is looking for a long-term opportunity within a professional, supportive and collaborative office environment. You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders and other legal professionals to ensure transactions progress efficiently from instruction through to completion. Key Responsibilities ? Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. ? Handle residential sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. ? Review contracts, title documents, searches and property information. ? Raise and respond to enquiries. ? Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions. ? Provide clients with clear and regular updates throughout their matter. ? Identify and resolve issues that may affect the progress of a transaction. ? Prepare matters for exchange and completion. ? Complete all necessary post-completion work. ? Maintain accurate and well-organised case files. ? Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant legal, regulatory and internal requirements. ? Deliver a professional and client-focused service throughout the conveyancing process. About You The successful candidate will have: ? A minimum of 23 years; experience in residential conveyancing. ? Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with a good level of independence. ? Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process from instruction through to completion. ? Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills. ? A professional and approachable manner when dealing with clients and third parties. ? The ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines. ? A proactive approach to progressing matters and resolving issues. ? A strong commitment to providing a high standard of client service. ? The ability and willingness to work fully office-based in Wallasey.
