Coverage Area: Up to a 7-mile radius from our Sheffield workshop
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine vehicle servicing in line with manufacturer schedules.
- Diagnose and complete basic mechanical repairs efficiently.
- Replace service items including brakes, batteries, filters, bulbs, and suspension components.
- Perform vehicle health checks and identify any additional work required.
- Maintain accurate service records and job sheets.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the business professionally.
- Keep the company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and well maintained.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a vehicle technician or mobile mechanic.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills for routine mechanical issues.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage your daily workload.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, organised, and punctual.
Desirable
- MOT Tester qualification (preferred but not essential).
- Experience working in a mobile or roadside environment.
