An established and highly respected law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join its supportive Private Client team in Blaby, Leicestershire.

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Probate and estate-related property sales
- Ancillary conveyancing matters linked to Private Client work
You will work closely with the wider Private Client team, supporting clients with property matters arising from estate administration, trusts and succession planning, while also managing standalone residential transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Conducting title investigations, searches and due diligence
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
- Providing clear, empathetic advice and regular updates to clients
- Handling post-completion matters including SDLT and Land Registry applications
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and AML requirements
- Maintaining accurate records using the case management system
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
- 23+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge of England & Wales property law
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with probate-linked conveyancing would be advantageous
