Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and submitting accurate VAT returns for a varied client portfolio.
  • Managing your own deadlines and ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements.

  • Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts.

About You

Our client is looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience working within an accountancy practice.
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, Sage (desktop and cloud), and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build strong client relationships.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage their own workload effectively.
