A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Llanelli is seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Paralegal, Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive practice with a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal services across West Wales.
The successful candidate will support fee earners on a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney.
Key Responsibilities- Experience advising clients and preparing Wills
- Assisting with the administration of estates from initial instruction through to completion
- Drafting wills, LPAs, and probate documentation
- Preparing applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and third parties
- Managing files and maintaining accurate case records
- Supporting fee earners with inheritance tax documentation and estate accounts
- Providing professional and empathetic client care at all times
- Previous experience within a Wills & Probate or Private Client department
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively
- Experience using case management systems would be advantageous
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
